For Team Coaching I design an online sport-specific, periodized training plan for your team’s coach based on their competitive schedule. Your team is delivered a training program devoted to sport performance and backed by the latest science and research.
Each program will utilise only the safest and most effective training methods, designed to avoid overtraining, and to peak your athletes at just the right time for their competition. The objective is to ensure every team is provided with a sound off-season, pre-season and in-season training program which will improve performance and prevent injury. Preventing injury is the key to increased training!

During this chat I will ask you what are your teams main goals going forward? What sport do you play? Which events are they peaking for? I will then generate a plan to work towards.
INITIAL DATA COLLECTION
I will gather data of your teams current training levels. This includes their past experiences in fitness, and will also address the effects of sleep, recovery, nutrition and work schedules and how these may impact on their goal.
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
Once we have a plan in place the first part of their fitness journey is a short assessment period specific to the teams goals. The results from this data allows me to identify any structural weakness, mechanical advantages/disadvantages and the true priorities needed in your teams training program to get you to where you want to be. I will periodically revisit these same assessments into the program to help ensure they are on track.
PROGRAM DESIGN
I will then design and implement your teams individualized training plan. Using state of the art technology, your team is held accountable and I can track daily progress and constantly upgrade programming to match the evolving fitness journey.
START THE TRAINING PLAN
Its then up to your team to get started training on their comprehensive program built specifically for them. Walk into the weight room with confidence, knowing that they have the right workout every time and input their data via the training app. I will be available to offer support and advice to your teams head coach on a regular basis, the app allows comments to be made, queries to be answered, videos to be uploaded, and I will receive a notification every time your head coach sends something over. This is my way to ensure consistency, revisit goals and make sure everything is aligned with your teams long term goals.
GETTING STARTED
New teams can join at any point as the training phases and S & C approach will work in sync to their current season. This encourages consistency to the sessions throughout the season for those wishing to develop, excel and progress further in their sport.
