This 52-week training plan includes your own personalized workouts, so you know exactly what to do and exactly when to do it. Every rep, set, weight, and movement is optimized for you. The mobile app we use delivers your training program directly to your phones. Each individualized workout is complete with simple, animated technique demonstrations and detailed coaching points for every movement. Your coach then tracks your progress and keeps you accountable.

If you don’t train on it, no one will. We pair you with a coach that creates a training program tailored specifically to you and your needs (strengths, weakness, injuries, etc) and your goals. They also do a full analysis of your nutrition in regards to how you feel, your training and your goals (weight-loss, gain, performance, etc). Additionally, they do life coaching see how your lifestyle, stressors, sleeping & working habits come into effect of your daily training and long term health and wellness. During this chat I will ask you what are your main goals going forward? What do you hope to achieve? I will then generate a plan for your specific goals, activity, sport or event.
INITIAL DATA COLLECTION
I will also gather data about all aspects of your life and training. This includes your past experiences in fitness, and will also address the effects of sleep, recovery, nutrition and work schedule on your goal. The data collection will cover the entire spectrum of what you have going on in your life.
PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT
Once we have a plan in place the first part of your fitness journey is a short assessment period specific to your goals. Here I gather your body stats, progress photos and undertake some short fitness tests. The results from this data allows me to identify any structural weakness, mechanical advantages/disadvantages and the true priorities needed in your training program to get you to where you want to be. I will periodically revisit these same assessments into your program to help ensure we are on track.
PROGRAM DESIGN
After a thorough understanding of your assessment results, fitness background, lifestyle factors, schedule, priorities, and what you are looking to achieve, I will design and implement your training plan. Using state of the art technology, you are held accountable and I can track daily progress and constantly upgrade programming to match the evolving fitness journey.

Its then up to you to get started training on your comprehensive program built specifically for you. Walk into the weight room with confidence, knowing that you have the right workout every time and input your data via the training app. I will be available to offer support and advice to you on a regular basis, the app allows comments to be made, queries to be answered, videos to be uploaded, and I will receive a notification every time you send something over. This is my way to ensure consistency, revisit goals and make sure everything is aligned with your long term goals.

How It Works
After contacting us an athlete will set up an initial consultation over Skype with a coach. During this all relevant aspects of their training, life, training history and ambitions are discussed. The athlete will then be put through a testing phase by the chosen coach who then takes time to analyse the results and offers a reflective evaluation and feedback to the athlete. Using this information and testing results our coaches will then start weekly programming for the athlete working towards their aims and goals. This is done through a periodised, structured plan that offers variation and consistency whilst ensuring they are training in an optimal manner to suit their lifestyle and other commitments. The coach will offer support and advice to the athlete on a regular basis. Each week the athlete will be required to upload their results onto an app which is continually monitored by the coach. This is to ensure that we are having the desired training effect and that the athlete is progressing well.
