This is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program, aimed to help those optimise their weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning for CrossFit. This program is tailored too all levels. I cater for those who want to simply improve in the sport, compete in fun competitions from Spartan Races to a CrossFit competition at your local box, and those who wish to develop further and compete at a local CrossFit Throwdown. I also offer Crossfit training programs aimed at high level fitness athletes, where it is tailored and periodised around a CrossFit season. Not just to get a good CrossFit Open score BUT to give you the best chance of winning competitions throughout the year.
Here is an example of a single day of training, one of many workouts that are generated for an given individual over the course of a year. Workouts for all sports follow a similar structure, yet vary in exercises performed, intensity and reps. The workouts can be viewed via the mobile app.
