45 MINUTE MOBILITY SESSIONS

Each session runs for 45 minutes and gives us optimal time to focus on your mobility issue. We thus carry out advanced stretching techniques to prevent the muscles from becoming ‘knotted’ and also to help improve flexibility. In addition we also carry out self-myofascial release, which is a fancy term for self-massage to release muscle tightness or trigger points. These methods can be performed with a foam roller, lacrosse ball, or by our own hands. By applying pressure to specific points on your body you are able to aid in the recovery of muscles and assist in returning them to normal function. After the session you will be given a mobility prescription specific to your needs that you can do in your own time.
